AI websites for professional services that talk back

A conventional website presents information and waits. Every action after that is the visitor's job, including working out whether you handle their kind of problem at all.

An AI smart website holds a conversation, answers the questions that come before every enquiry, captures the details your team needs, and hands over to a person when the matter warrants it.

Do you deal with probate where the will is being contested?
Yes, contested probate is one of our areas. Can I ask whether a grant has already been issued? That changes what the next step looks like.
Not yet. My brother is disputing it.
Handed to a solicitor
Contested estate, no grant issued. Details captured, consultation offered.

An example of the pattern rather than a real enquiry. Note where it stops: it establishes the position, then hands over. It does not advise on the dispute.

Traditional website versus smart website

The difference is not how it looks. Plenty of brochure websites look excellent. The difference is what the site is capable of doing when a visitor arrives with a question at nine in the evening, which is the same argument that applies to a call nobody answers.

Capabilities

What the website can do once it can hold a conversation

Configured per firm. You are not obliged to switch everything on, and some of these will not suit how your practice works.

The follow-up logic extends beyond the website. An unanswered phone call triggers the same kind of response, which is covered on our missed call text back page.

What this looks like in different firms

The questions people ask before making contact vary enormously by profession. The site is configured around yours.

Advisers get a more detailed treatment on our financial adviser lead generation page.

The boundary

Where the AI stops

This matters more in professional services than almost anywhere else, so it is worth stating without hedging.

The AI handles enquiries. It does not give advice. It will tell a visitor that you handle contested probate; it will not tell them whether they have a claim. It will establish that someone has had a visa refused; it will not assess their grounds for appeal. The line is between routing an enquiry and answering the professional question, and it sits firmly on the routing side.

We configure it that way deliberately. A system that improvises an answer to a regulated question is a liability, not a feature, and any supplier telling you otherwise is selling you a problem. This is the boundary we hold across everything we build as an AI marketing agency.

Information and privacy

Enquiry details are handled through your own systems and the providers configured for your firm, under UK data protection law. Where you are the controller of your clients' information and we process it on your behalf, that relationship is documented rather than assumed.

We will not claim that AI providers never retain data, because retention depends on each provider's terms and configuration. What we will do is tell you which components touch what, so you can form your own view. Our privacy policy sets out how we handle information submitted to us.
